Howard Gordon developed the anthology series based on the BBC format. John Eisendrath and Jamie Foxx created the drama. They executive produce with Adam Kane, Michael Offer, J.R. Orci and Datari Turner. Carla Kettner has joined the drama as showrunner for the second season, succeeding Eisendrath who ran the first season.
