Disney+ has announced the premiere dates for the upcoming second season of its original drama series Loki as well as the series debut of the original drama series Echo.
The 6-episode second season of Loki will premiere on Friday, October 6. New episodes will then be released weekly every Friday.
Picking up immediately where Season 1 left off, Loki is back at the TVA, he's had a very difficult confrontation with Sylvie, and Mobius and Hunter B-15 don't know who he is.
The drama stars Tom Hiddleston, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Tara Strong, Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino and Jonathan Majors.
New cast additions include Ke Huy Quan, Rafael Casal and Kate Dickie.
Michael Waldron created the drama, with Eric Martin serving as head writer for the second season. Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead lead the directing team. Marvel Studios produces.
The entire first season of Echo will be available on Wednesday, November 29.
The drama details the origin story of Maya Lopez, whose ruthless behavior in New York City catches up with her in her hometown. She must face her past, reconnect with her Native American roots and embrace the meaning of family and community if she ever hopes to move forward.
The drama stars Alaqua Cox, Zahn McClarnon, Chaske Spencer, Tantoo Cardinal, Devery Jacobs, Cody Lightning and Graham Greene.
Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio will reprise their Daredevil roles in the drama before the series debut of Daredevil: Born Again in 2024.
Marion Dayre serves as head writer, with Sydney Freeland leading the directing team. Marvel Studios and 20th Television produce.
