PARAMOUNT+'s LAWMEN: BASS REEVES
- Dale Dickey, Margot Bingham, Mo Brings Plenty and Tosin Morohunfola have booked recurring roles on the upcoming limited series starring David Oyelowo. Dickey previously recurred on TNT's Claws and Amazon's A League of Their Own. Bingham starred in the eleventh and final season of AMC's The Walking Dead. Mo Brings Plenty currently stars in Paramount's Yellowstone, which returns for its final season later this year. Morohunfola currently stars in Starz's Run the World, which is currently airing its second season.
- Dickey will play Widow Dolliver, an old woman who has seen it all, and who does not waste time suffering fools.
- Bingham will play Sara Jumper, a Black Seminole Native American whom Bass Reeves (Oyelowo) will owe a debt of gratitude toward.
- Plenty will play Minco Dodge, a Choctaw Native American and friend to Bass Reeves.
- Morohunfola will play Jackson "Jackrabbit" Cole, a former Union soldier turned prisoner who rides along with Bass Reeves.
BET+'s DIARRA FROM DETROIT
- Morris Chestnut, DomiNque Perry, Claudia Logan and Bryan Terrell Clark have joined the cast of the upcoming comedy created by and starring Diarra Kilpatrick. Chestnut previously starred for two seasons in FOX's The Resident and in the Peacock limited series The Best Man: The Final Chapters. Perry recurred on HBO Max's Rap Sh*t and Peacock's Bust Down. Logan recurred on Starz's Hightown and Amazon's Harlem. Clark recurred on OWN's Queen Sugar, TNT's Snowpiercer and Hulu's Saint X.
- Chestnut will play Swa. Perry will play Aja. Logan will play Moni. Clark will play Mr. Tea.
SYFY's REGINALD THE VAMPIRE
- Garfield Wilson is set for a recurring role on the drama's upcoming second season. He previously recurred on Amazon's The Man in the High Castle, TNT's Snowpiercer and AppleTV+'s Schmigadoon. He recently appeared in the Disney+ film Peter Pan & Wendy.
- He will play Balestro, a confident, poised and intimidating Angel who descends from heaven to announce the eventual extinction of all vampires on the planet. An Angel of great and intimidating power who will stop at nothing to get what he wants.
