Hulu Cancels 'Up Here' After One Season

Hulu has today decided to cancel its original musical comedy series Up Here after one season. All 8 episodes of the first season were released on March 24, 2023.

The comedy starred Mae Whitman, Carlos Valdes, Katie Finneran, John Hodgman, Andréa Burns, Sophia Hammons, Rehanshi Mirza and Emilia Suárez. 

Steven Levenson, Danielle Sanchez-Witzel, Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez developed the comedy. They executive produced with Thomas Kail and Jennifer Todd. 20th Television, It Takes Two Productions, Old 320 Sycamore Productions and Pyrrhic Victory Productions produced.

Double EGOT winner Lopez and Oscar, Emmy and Grammy winner Anderson-Lopez wrote original songs for the series.
