Amazon Renews 'The Summer I Turned Pretty' for Season 3

Amazon has today renewed its original drama series The Summer I Turned Pretty for a third season. The renewal comes ahead of the drama's second season finale on Friday, August 18. The third season will produce 10 episodes.





Production on the third season will commence once the AMPTP makes new contracts with the WGA and SAG-AFTRA.

The drama stars Lola Tung, Jackie Chung, Rachel Blanchard, Christopher Briney, Gavin Casalegno, Sean Kaufman, Colin Ferguson, Tom Everett Scott, Rain Spencer, Elsie Fisher and Kyra Sedgwick.

Jenny Han and Sarah Kucserka will return as showrunners for the third season. They executive produce with Hope Hartman, Mads Hansen and Paul Lee. Amazon Studios and wiip produce.
