Disney+ has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming second season of its original comedy series The Santa Clauses.
The 6-episode second season will premiere on Wednesday, November 8 with its first two episodes. New episodes will then be released weekly every Wednesday.
In the new season, the Calvin family is back at the North Pole, as Scott Calvin continues his role as Santa Claus after his retirement plans were thwarted when he failed to find a worthy successor. Now that Scott and his family have successfully saved Christmas, Scott turns his focus towards training his son Cal to eventually take over the "family business" as Santa Claus.
The comedy stars Tim Allen, Elizabeth Mitchell, Austin Kane, Elizabeth Allen-Dick, Devin Bright, Gabriel Iglesias and Eric Stonestreet.
Recurring guest stars in season two include Matilda Lawler, Marta Kessler, Liam Kyle, Isabella Bennett, Sasha Knight, Ruby Jay, Mia Lynn Bangunan and Laura San Giacomo.
