Showtime has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming original comedy series The Curse starring Emma Stone, Nathan Fielder and Benny Safdie.
The 10-episode first season will launch on Sunday, November 12 at 10/9c. New episodes will be available to stream on demand for all Showtime and Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers Fridays at midnight before they make their linear debut.
The genre-bending series explores how an alleged curse disturbs the relationship of a newly married couple (Stone, Fielder) as they try to conceive a child while co-starring in their new home-improvement show.
The cast also features Barkhad Abdi, Corbin Bernsen and Constance Shulman.
Fielder and Safdie co-created the series, with Fielder also directing. They executive produce with Stone, Josh Safdie, Dave McCary and Ali Herting. A24, Elara Pictures and Fruit Tree produce in association with Showtime.
