Amazon Announces Premiere Date for New Drama 'Fallout' Starring Ella Purnell and Walton Goggins

In celebration of "Fallout Day," Amazon has today announced the premiere date for its upcoming original drama series Fallout - a series adaptation of the video game franchise.

The first season will launch on Friday, April 12.

Set in the future post-apocalyptic Los Angeles and world of Fallout, the series is an original story based on Fallout that will be part of the canon of the games.

The drama stars Ella Purnell, Walton Goggins, Aaron Moten, Moisés Arias, Kyle MacLachlan, Sarita Choudhury, Michael Emerson, Leslie Uggams, Frances Turner, Dave Register, Zach Cherry, Johnny Pemberton, Rodrigo Luzzi, Annabel O'Hagan and Xelia Mendes-Jones.

Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner developed the drama. They executive produce with Lisa Joy, Athena Wickham, Todd Howard, James Altman and director Jonathan Nolan. Amazon Studios, Kilter Films, Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks produce.
