Hulu originally originally revived the beloved series in 2022 with a 20-episode order. Season 11 premiered on July 24. The 10-episode twelfth season will debut in 2024.
This was the second time the animated comedy was revived by a different network. The series aired its first four seasons between March 1999 and August 2003 on FOX. Seasons 5 through 10 then aired between March 2008 to September 2013 on Comedy Central.
The voice cast features John DiMaggio, Billy West, Katey Sagal, Tress MacNeille, Maurice LaMarche, Lauren Tom, Phil LaMarr and David Herman.
Matt Groening and David X. Cohen developed the comedy. They executive produce with Ken Keeler and Claudia Katz.
