Peacock has today renewed its original action comedy series Twisted Metal for a second season. The announcement was shared by series star and executive producer Anthony Mackie at The Game Awards 2023.
In addition to Mackie, the series stars Stephanie Beatriz, Joe Seanoa, Will Arnett and Thomas Haden Church.
Guest stars in the first season included Neve Campbell, Richard Cabral, Mike Mitchell, Tahj Vaughans, Lou Beatty Jr., Chloe Fineman and Jason Mantzoukas.
Michael Jonathan Smith developed the action comedy based on the PlayStation game of the same name. He executive produces with Mackie, Arnett, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, Marc Forman, Jason Spire, Peter Principato, Asad Qizilbash, Carter Swan and Hermen Hulst. Sony Pictures Television, Universal Television, PlayStation Productions, Electric Avenue, Inspire Entertainment and Artists First produce.
