Syfy Sets Premiere Dates for 'Chucky' and 'Reginald the Vampire'

During the network's presentation today at the Television Critics Association's winter press tour, Syfy announced premiere dates for the midseason return of original drama series Chucky and the second season return of original drama series Reginald the Vampire.

The remaining four episodes of Chucky's third season will begin on Wednesday, April 10 at 10/9c.

In Chucky's unending thirst for power, the third season sees Chucky ensconced with the most powerful family in the world - America's First Family, inside the infamous walls of the White House. How did Chucky wind up here? What in God's name does he want? And how can Jake, Devon and Lexy possibly get to Chucky inside the world's most secure house, all while balancing the pressures of romantic relationships and growing up? Meanwhile, Tiffany faces looming execution on death row for "Jennifer Tilly's" murderous rampage.

The drama stars Zackary Arthur, Björgvin Amarson, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Brad Dourif and Devon Sawa.

Don Mancini created the drama - a continuation of the Child's Play film franchise. He executive produces with Nick Antosca, Alex Hedlund, David Kirschner and Jeff Renfroe. Universal Content Productions, Eat the Cat Productions and David Kirschner Productions produce.

The second season of Reginald the Vampire will launch on Wednesday, May 8 at 10/9c.

Reginald Andres finally got his life together when he was turned into a vampire. While he doesn't fit into the stereotypical expectations of what a vampire looks like - he's not chiseled or classically handsome - Reginald has found his place amongst an unlikely cohort that includes the cool vampire who sired him, the former vampire chieftain turned unexpected ally (or is she?) and his co-worker/former girlfriend. A show with a lot of heart and just enough blood, Reginald the Vampire proves the undead life is just as complicated as life itself.

The drama stars Jacob Batalon, Mandela Van Peebles, Em Haine, Georgia Waters, Marguerite Hanna, Aren Buchholz, Savannah Basley and Sean Yves Lessard.

Harley Peyton created the drama. He executive produces with Jeremiah S. Chechik, Julie DeCresce, Lindsay Macadam and Todd Berger. Cineflix Rights, Modern Story Company and Great Pacific Media produce.
