NETFLIX's THE ABANDONS
- Patton Oswalt, Sarah Grace White, Michael Ornstein, Elle-Máijá Tailfeathers, Brían F. O'Byrne, Haig Sutherland, Jack Doolan, Jonathan Koensgen, Katelyn Wells and Marc Menchaca have been cast in recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring Lena Headey and Gillian Anderson. No details were immediately announced about the characters they will be playing.
- Oswalt previously starred for four seasons in NBC's A.P. Bio and currently appears in AppleTV+'s Manhunt. White starred in FX's one-season drama The Bastard Executioner. Ornstein recurred on FX's Sons of Anarchy and its spinoff Mayans M.C. Tailfeathers starred in the Amazon limited series Three Pines. O'Byrne starred in the Discovery limited series Manhunt: Unabomber and recurred on TNT's The Last Ship. Sutherland recurred on AMC's Lucky Hank. Doolan starred for two seasons in ITV's Marcella. Koensgen recurred on Amazon's Reacher and Netflix's FUBAR. Wells recurred on Freeform's The Bold Type and Netflix's Ginny & Georgia. Menchaca starred in the HBO limited series The Outsider and recurred on Netflix's Ozark.
FOX's MURDER IN A SMALL TOWN
- James Cromwell, Stana Katic, Mya Lowe, Savonna Spracklin, Aaron Douglas and Fritzy-Klevans Destine have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Rossif Sutherland and Kristin Kreuk. Cromwell received three Emmy Award nominations for his guest role on HBO's Succession. Katic previously starred for eight seasons in ABC's Castle and three seasons in Amazon's Absentia. Lowe recurs on Showtime's Yellowjackets and Netflix's My Life with the Walter Boys. Spracklin recurred on Global's Departure and APTN's Tribal. Douglas starred for four seasons in Syfy's Battlestar Galactica and recurred on Freeform's Motherland: Fort Salem. Destine recurred on Amazon's The Boys and The CW's Superman & Lois.
- Cromwell will play George Wilcox, a retired history teacher, devoted to his beloved garden. The recent loss of Myra, his wife of nearly 50 years, dealt a heavy blow, but George is a determined man and he's determined to carry on. He and Cassandra (Kreuk) are friends from his many visits to the Gibson's library. Then there's his old "acquaintance" - 80-year-old Carlyle Burke. Beneath that connection is a secret grief that extends many decades into the past.
- Katic will play Zoe, who has a gorgeous home outside town and generally keeps to herself. Her cool exterior hides a personality that can explode in sudden fits of temper.
- Lowe will play Corporal Edwina Yen, a new arrival to the coast and a cop on the fast-track.
- Spracklin will play Isabella Harbud, the civilian receptionist with a dry sense of humor.
- Douglas will play Sergeant Sid Sokolowski, Karl Alberg's (Sutherland) second-in-command.
- Destine will play Constable Andy Kendrick, a capable cop who is a charming jackass.
FREEVEE's BOSCH: LEGACY
- Andrea Cortes, Tommy Martinez, Orla Brady, Michael Reilly Burke and Dale Dickey have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming third season. Cortes previously recurred on Netflix's On My Block and FX's Mayans M.C. Martinez starred for five seasons in Freeform's Good Trouble. Brady starred for three seasons in AMC's Into the Badlands and in the second season of Paramount+'s Star Trek: Picard. Burke recurred on Showtime's Shameless and Netflix's Griselda. Dickey recurred on TNT's Claws and Amazon's A League of Their Own.
- Cortes will play Victoria Hernandez. Martinez will play Albert Torres. Brady will play Siobhan Murphy. Burke will play Finbar McShane. Dickey will play Sheila Walsh.
THE CW's SUPERMAN & LOIS
- Douglas Smith has landed a recurring role on the drama's upcoming fourth and final season. He previously starred for five seasons in HBO's Big Love and two seasons in TNT's The Alienist. He also recurred on HBO's Big Little Lies.
- He will play Jimmy Olsen, an extroverted 20-something known for being the "life of the party" around the office. Despite being work colleagues with Clark (Tyler Hoechlin), he's been unable to get him out of his "awkward" shell. Unaware of Clark's super-secret, Jimmy's still determined to become his pal.
