- Catherine O'Hara, Kathryn Hahn, Ike Barinholtz and Chase Sui Wonders have been cast as series regulars on the upcoming comedy created by and starring Seth Rogen. O'Hara previously starred for six seasons in Pop's Schitt's Creek, winning an Emmy Award in 2020 for her performance. Hahn has received two Emmy Award nominations for her supporting roles on Amazon's Transparent and Disney+'s WandaVision. Barinholtz starred for six seasons in FOX/Hulu's The Mindy Project and in the first season of AppleTV+'s The Afterparty. Wonders starred in Max's one-season dramedy Generation and in AppleTV+'s one-season drama City on Fire.
- Bryan Cranston, Keyla Monterroso Mejia and Dewayne Perkins have also joined the comedy as recurring guest stars. Cranston previously starred for five seasons in AMC's Breaking Bad, winning six Emmy Awards for acting and producing. Mejia starred in Netflix's one-season comedy Freeridge and recurred on ABC's Abbott Elementary. Perkins recurred on Peacock's Saved by the Bell and Netflix's The Upshaws.

ABC's WILL TRENT
- John Ortiz has landed a recurring role on the drama's second season. He previously starred in HBO's one-season drama Luck, Netflix's one-season drama Messiah and ABC's one-season drama Promised Land. He will next star in AppleTV+'s upcoming drama Bad Monkey and in Netflix's upcoming limited series The Madness.
- He will play Antonio Miranda, Will's (Ramon Rodriguez) maternal uncle. He is warm and charismatic, with connections to Atlanta and Puerto Rico. He is eager to catch up on lost time with the nephew he never knew he had.
