SHOWTIME's DEXTER: ORIGINAL SIN
- Patrick Gibson, Christian Slater and Molly Brown will star in the upcoming Dexter prequel created by Clyde Phillips. Gibson previously starred for two seasons in Netflix's The OA and in the second season of Netflix's Shadow and Bone. Slater starred for four seasons in USA's Mr. Robot and in the first season of Roku's The Spiderwick Chronicles. Brown starred in the 2022 film Senior Year.
- Gibson will play a young Dexter Morgan. The character was played by Michael C. Hall in the original series.
- Slater will play Harry Morgan, Dexter's father. The character was played by James Remar in the original series.
- Brown will play Debra Morgan, Dexter's younger sister. The character was played by Jennifer Carpenter in the original series.
HULU's THE HANDMAID'S TALE
- After recurring throughout every season of the drama to date, Ever Carradine has been promoted to series regular for the drama's upcoming sixth and final season. She has appeared in 20 episodes so far. She previously starred for three seasons in Hulu's Runaways.
- She plays Naomi, who was originally married to Commander Putnam (Stephen Kunken). Widowed in the fifth season, she later married Commander Lawrence (Bradley Whitford).
AMAZON's EL GATO
- Lorenza Izzo will play the female lead opposite Diego Boneta in the upcoming drama created by Eric Carrasco, Turi Meyer and Alfredo Septién. She is currently recurring on Max's Hacks. She previously recurred on Hulu's Casual and Showtime's Penny Dreadful: City of Angels.
- She will play Rosa, an outsider to the world of wealth she has married into, and the first to recognize the sharks circling her family.
AMAZON's OBSESSION
- Dove Cameron and Avan Jogia have been cast in the lead roles on the upcoming drama created by Lisa Zwerling and Karyn Usher. Cameron previously starred for two seasons in AppleTV+'s Schmigadoon! and in Disney's film franchise Descendants. Jogia stars in AMC's upcoming drama Orphan Black: Echoes, which premieres next month.
- After meeting randomly in a supermarket, Oliver (Jogia) and Ciara (Cameron) fall for each other fast, and dangerously hard. 56 days later, homicide investigators arrive at Oliver's apartment to find an unidentified body - brutally murdered and intentionally decomposed. Did he kill her? Did she kill him? HULU's HIT-MONKEY
- Cristin Miliot has joined the voice cast of the animated series' upcoming second season. She previously starred for two seasons in HBO Max's Made for Love and in Peacock's one-season dramedy The Resort. She will next star in Max's upcoming drama The Penguin opposite Colin Farrell.
- She will play Iris, Bryce's (Jason Sudeikis) daughter. She has grown up vowing never to be like the father who abandoned her. When fate brings them back together, she realizes that she and her old man are cut from the same cloth as they hurtle towards a final reconciliation.
