NETFLIX's UNTAMED
- Rosemarie DeWitt and Sam Neill will star opposite Eric Bana in the upcoming limited series created by Mark L. Smith and Elle Smith. DeWitt previously starred for three seasons in Showtime's United States of Tara and in the Max limited series The Staircase. Neill starred in the Jurassic Park film franchise and in the Peacock limited series Apples Never Fall.
- DeWitt will play Jill Bodwin, Kyle Turner's (Bana) ex-wife, a former teacher and park counselor, who remarried a few years after their divorce. Despite the fracturing of their marriage, Jill and Turner maintain a strong bond, held together by events from their past.
- Neill will play Paul Souter, who has been the chief park ranger in Yosemite for half his life. He's a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend to Turner. He's comfortable in all facets of his job, whether it's dealing with crime inside the park or with the bureaucracy around it.
AMAZON's HOUSE OF DAVID
- Sam Otto has been cast in a recurring role on the upcoming drama starring Michael Iskander and Ali Suliman. He currently stars in Snowpiercer, which aired its first three seasons on TNT and returns for its fourth and final season next month on AMC.
- He will play Eshbaal, son of Saul (Suliman) and Ahinoam (Ayelet Zurer), brother of Mychal (Indy Lewis), Jonathan (Ethan Kai) and Mirab (Yali Topol Margalith). He is a good-looking pretty boy who uses his looks and status to much aplomb, taking nothing seriously that he cannot drink or flirt with. However, if he is confronted or struck by a real threat, he instantly folds and expects his mother to clean up the mess, proving to be a coward beneath it all.
