'Resident Alien' Moving to USA With Season 4 Renewal

After being speculated for weeks, it's official: the original drama series Resident Alien has been renewed for a fourth season but will be moving to USA Network, which is a corporate sibling to its original network Syfy.

The drama stars Alan Tudyk, Sara Tomko, Corey Reynolds, Alice Wetterlund, Levi Fiehler, Elizabeth Bowen, Judah Prehn and Meredith Garretson.

Chris Sheridan developed the drama based on the Dark Horse comics. He executive produces with Mike Richardson, Keith Goldberg, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank and Nastaran Dibai. Universal Content Productions, Dark Horse Entertainment and Amblin Television produce.

All three previous seasons of the drama are available to stream on Peacock. Earlier this year, the first two seasons also were released on Netflix in an attempt to broaden its audience. Peacock will maintain first window streaming rights with the fourth season. However, the option remains for those episodes to eventually make their way to Netflix as well.
