CBS' GHOSTS
- Mary Holland and Dean Norris will guest star on the comedy's upcoming fourth season. Holland previously recurred on HBO's Veep, Amazon's Homecoming and AppleTV+'s The Big Door Prize. Norris starred for five seasons in AMC's Breaking Bad, three seasons in CBS' Under the Dome, four seasons in TNT's Claws, and two seasons in CBS' United States of Al.
- Holland will play Patience, the ghost of a Puritan woman who died in the late 1600s. While alive, she was exceedingly severe and judgmental even by Puritan standards. As such, she was expelled from her village. After being dead a couple hundred years, Patience was inadvertently abandoned by Isaac (Brandon Scott Jones) underground near the mansion and has become a feral creature "roaming the dirt" since 1895.
- Norris will play Frank, Sam's (Rose McIver) father. Kindly and well-meaning, he arrives at Woodstone for his first visit in years, along with his new girlfriend. Frank and Sam have struggled to stay close since Frank divorced Sam's mom when Sam was 10. On the surface, Frank and Sam are cordial, but deep-down Sam resents her father for being largely absent from her life. After decades of insisting "everything was fine," Sam is finally compelled to confront these feelings when a new ghost forces her into an awkward conversation with her dad.
PARAMOUNT+'s STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS
- Cillian O'Sullivan has landed a recurring role on the drama's upcoming third season. He previously starred in Netflix's one-season drama In From the Cold and in the Sky Max limited series Then You Run.
- He will play Dr. Roger Korby, a renowned archaeologist and scientist known for his groundbreaking work in the field of medical archaeology. The character was played by Michael Strong on Star Trek: The Original Series.
PARAMOUNT+'s STAR TREK: STARFLEET ACADEMY
- Tig Notaro, Oded Fehr, Mary Wiseman and Robert Picardo will reprise their Star Trek characters in the upcoming drama starring Holly Hunter and Paul Giamatti. Wiseman previously starred for all five seasons in Paramount+'s Star Trek: Discovery. Notaro and Fehr were recurring guest stars on Discovery - with Notaro joining in Season 2 and Fehr starting in Season 3. Meanwhile, Picardo starred for seven seasons in UPN's Star Trek: Voyager.
- Notaro and Picardo will appear as Jett Reno and The Doctor as series regulars. Fehr and Wiseman will guest star as Admiral Vance and Sylvia Tilly.
AMC's MAYFAIR WITCHES
- Ian Pirie, Franka Potente and Callan McAuliffe have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming second season. Pirie previously starred in the second season of BBC Two's Guilt and for two seasons in Alibi's Miss Scarlet and the Duke. Potente starred in the fourth season of Max's Titans and recurred on TNT's Claws. McAuliffe starred for four seasons in AMC's The Walking Dead.
- Pirie will play Ian Mayfair. Potente will play Annamieke. McAuliffe will play Abel Mayfair.
