APPLE TV+'s DOWN CEMETERY ROAD
- Adeel Akhtar, Nathan Stewart-Jarrett, Tom Goodman-Hill, Darren Boyd, Tom Riley, Adam Godley, Sinead Matthews, Ken Nwosu, Fehinti Balogun and Aiysha Hart have joined the cast of the upcoming drama starring Ruth Wilson and Emma Thompson.
- Akhtar (Sweet Tooth) will play Hamza. Stewart-Jarrett (Femme) will play Downey, Goodman-Hill (Baby Reindeer) will play Gerard. Boyd (Trying) will play C. Riley (The Woman in the House) will play Mark. Godley (The Great) will play Joe Silverman. Matthews (Hullraisers) will play Denise. Nwosu (The Winter King) will play Rufus. Balogun (A Gentleman in Moscow) will play Amos. Hart (We Are Lady Parts) will play Paula.
AMAZON's BLADE RUNNER 2099
- Tom Burke and Maurizio Lombardi have landed recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring Michelle Yeoh and Hunter Schafer. Burke currently stars in BBC One's Strike, which has been renewed for a sixth season. Lombardi starred in the HBO limited series The New Pope and in the Netflix limited series Ripley.
- No details were immediately announced about the characters they will be playing.
MGM+'s THE INSTITUTE
- Simone Miller and Jason Diaz will co-star on the upcoming drama starring Ben Barnes and Mary-Louise Parker. Miller previously recurred on CBC's Run the Burbs. Diaz recurred on The CW's The 100 and Peacock's Vampire Academy.
- Miller will play Kalisha, a sarcastic but friendly Institute inmate who becomes one of Luke's closest allies.
- Diaz will play Tony, the most sadistic of the Institute's orderlies, who delights in wielding his power over the children.
