NETFLIX's AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER
- Miya Cech has joined the cast of the drama's upcoming second season as a new series regular. She previously recurred on ABC's American Housewife and NBC's Young Rock. She also appeared in the Netflix film You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah.
- She will play Toph, a master earthbender who has born blind and trained to feel and sense the world around her.
NETFLIX's BLACK MIRROR
- Awkwafina, Milanka Brooks, Peter Capaldi, Emma Corrin, Patsy Ferran, Paul Giamatti, Lewis Gribben, Osy Ikhile, Rashida Jones, Siena Kelly, Billy Magnussen, Rosy McEwen, Cristin Milioti, Chris O'Dowd, Issa Rae, Paul G. Raymond, Tracee Ellis Ross, Jimmi Simpson and Harriet Walter will appear in the upcoming seventh season of the episodic anthology series.
- No details were immediately announced about the characters they will be playing.
PARAMOUNT+'s JONBENÉT RAMSEY
- Margo Martindale will guest star in the upcoming limited series starring Melissa McCarthy and Clive Owen. She has received six Emmy Award nominations - winning three times for her roles on FX's Justified and FX's The Americans.
- She will play Nedra, Patsy's (McCarthy) mother. She is tough, blunt, outspoken and unafraid to speak her mind.
PARAMOUNT+'s CRUTCH
- Adrian Martinez, Braxton Paul and Finn Maloney have landed recurring roles on the upcoming spinoff of CBS' The Neighborhood starring Tracy Morgan. Martinez previously starred in NBC's one-season drama The Blacklist: Redemption and in ABC's one-season drama Stumptown. Paul and Maloney are relative newcomers.
- Martinez will play Flaco, Crutch's (Morgan) childhood best friend, most loyal confidant and general manager of Crutch's flooring shop. Fun-loving, optimistic and chatty, he is the yin to Crutch's yang.
- Paul and Maloney will play Lisa and Mase, Jamilah's (Adrianna Mitchell) kids and Crutch's grandchildren. The 12-year-old Lisa is the conscience of the family who challenges her relatives to do the right thing - but is also 12 and thus has some preteen angst. The 9-year-old Mase is curious and crafty while serving as the default wingman for whomever is supposed to be watching him.
HULU's AMANDA
- Sharon Horgan has been cast as a series regular on the upcoming limited series starring Grace Van Patten. She co-created and stars in AppleTV+'s Bad Sisters, which returns for its second season in November 2024. She has also received three Emmy Award nominations - including for writing and acting in the drama's first season.
- She will play Edda Mellas, Amanda Knox's (Patten) desperate but optimistic mother. Their deep bond is challenged by Amanda's imprisonment, but Edda's unwavering love for her daughter propels her as she fights for Amanda's life.
NETFLIX's ONE PIECE
- Joe Manganiello and Lera Abova have been added to the cast of the drama's upcoming second season. Manganiello previously starred for five seasons in HBO's True Blood and in the Magic Mike film franchise. Abova previously starred in Peacock's one-season comedy Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin.
- Manganiello will play Mr. 0.
- Abova will play Miss All Sunday.
