AppleTV+ Announces Premiere Date for New Drama 'Prime Target' Starring Leo Woodall and Quintessa Swindell

AppleTV+ has today announced the premiere date for its upcoming original drama series Prime Target starring Leo Woodall and Quintessa Swindell.







The 8-episode first season will launch on Wednesday, January 22 with its first two episodes. New episodes will then be released weekly every Wednesday until the season finale on March 5.

Brilliant young math postgraduate Edward Brooks (Woodall) is on the verge of a major breakthrough. If he succeeds in finding a pattern in prime numbers, he will hold the key to every computer in the world. Soon, he begins to realize an unseen enemy is trying to destroy his idea before it's even born, which throws him into the orbit of Taylah Sanders (Swindell), a NSA agent who's been tasked with watching and reporting on the mathematician's behavior. Together, they start to unravel the troubling conspiracy Edward is at the heart of.

In addition to Woodall and Swindell, the drama stars Stephen Rea, David Morrissey, Martha Plimpton, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Jason Flemyng, Harry Lloyd, Ali Suliman, Fra Fee and Joseph Mydell.
