DISNEY+'s PERCY JACKSON AND THE OLYMPIANS
- Rosemarie DeWitt, Aleks Paunovic, Beatrice Kitsos and Kevin Chacon have joined the cast of the drama's upcoming second season. DeWitt previously recurred on AMC's Mad Men and Prime Video's The Boys. Paunovic starred for two seasons in Syfy's Van Helsing and recurred on TNT/AMC's Snowpiercer. Kitsos recurred on The CW's iZombie and Netflix's The Baby-Sitters Club. Chacon recurred on Netflix's Jessica Jones and guest starred on NBC's Chicago Med.
- DeWitt will play C.C., a stylish and composed New Age guru-type who radiates warmth and empathy. Percy (Walker Scobell) and Annabeth (Leah Sava Jeffries) encounter her in their quest to find the Golden Fleece.
- Paunovic will play Polyphemus, an ancient cyclops who was blinded by Odysseus long ago. He now tends animals and jealously guards the Golden Fleece on his private island.
- Kitsos will play Alison Simms, a Camp Half-Blood "graduate" who lives in the human world but is a true believer in the world Kronos is promising and aligns herself with Luke (Charlie Bushnell).
- Chacon will play Chris Rodriguez, who like Luke is a son of Hermes and is part of his group. The character was played by Andrew Alvarez in the first season.
SYFY's REVIVAL
- Gia Sandhu, Katharine King So, Maia Jae Bastidas, Nathan Dales, Mark Little, Glen Gould, Lara Jean Chorostecki and Conrad Coates have booked recurring roles on the upcoming drama starring Melanie Scrofano, Romy Weltman, David James Elliott and Andy McQueen.
- Sandhu (The Mysterious Benedict Society, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds) will play Nithiya Weimar, a seasoned psychologist fighting Stage 4 cancer.
- King So (Transplant, The Recruit) will play May Tao, a local journalist with a healthy distrust of the Wausau police who harbors big secrets of her own.
- Bastidas (Gen V, Beyond Black Beauty) will play Kay, Em's (Weltman) opinionated college roommate with a penchant for getting high and getting into trouble.
- Dales (Letterkenny, The Indian Detective) will play Deputy McCray, the obnoxious and abrasive head of the local Drug Task Force.
- Little (Gary and His Demons, Doomlands) will play Deputy Brent, Dana's (Scrofano) closest confidant on the force. Quirky and sweet-hearted, he is the lead bowler of the Pinsconsin Pride.
- Gould (Tulsa King, Outlander) will play Deputy JP Brissett, second-in-command under Sheriff Wayne Cypress (Elliott), who is one of the few that can keep a level head within the chaos following Revival Day.
- Chorostecki (Hannibal, Chucky) will play Patty Cypress, the deceased mother of Em and Dana and the late wife of Wayne Cypress. She was the glue that held the Cypress family together.
- Coates (The Expanse, Fargo) will play Mayor Dillich, the mayor of Wausau who despite his best efforts is thrown into the center of the Revival Day mystery and is constantly at odds with the Sheriff.
