HULU's UNTITLED MURDAUGH MURDERS SERIES
- Jason Clarke will star opposite Patricia Arquette in the upcoming limited series created by Michael D. Fuller and Erin Lee Carr. He previously starred for two seasons in HBO's Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty. He next stars in and executive produces AppleTV+'s upcoming drama The Last Frontier.
- He will play Alex Murdaugh, who was convinced in 2023 of the murder of his wife Maggie (Arquette) and son Paul two years prior.
APPLE TV+'s THE BUCCANEERS
- Greg Wise, Jacob Ifan, Grace Ambrose and Maria Almeida have joined the cast of the drama's upcoming second season. Wise previously starred for two seasons in Netflix's The Crown. Ifan currently stars in BBC One's Rogue Heroes, which has been renewed for a second season. Ambrose starred for three years in the Italian soap Il Paradiso Delle Signore. Almeida starred in the Netflix film The Strays.
- No details were immediately announced about the characters they will be playing.
CBS' POPPA'S HOUSE
- Another member of the Wayans family is coming to the comedy in its first season. Marlon Wayans will guest star in an upcoming episode opposite his brother Damon Wayans and his nephew Damon Wayans Jr.
- He will play Melvin, Poppa's (Wayans) brother, a bit of a ne'er do well who comes to visit the family with a new business idea. Poppa is quick to warn everyone not to trust him, while Ivy (Essence Atkins) and Junior (Wayans Jr.) want to believe he's changed.
