Sky and Starz have today renewed their original drama series Sweetpea for a second season. An episode count and premiere date window were not immediately announced.
Season 2 will see Rhiannon Lewis return with a vengeance as her killer secret continues to spiral, and she becomes more twisted than ever.
The drama stars Ella Purnell, Nicôle Lecky, Jon Pointing, Calam Lynch, Leah Harvey, Jeremy Swift, Dustin Demri-Burns, Luke McGibney, Ingrid Oliver, Alexandra Dowling, Nitin Ganatra and David Bark-Jones.
Kirstie Swain created the drama. She executive produces with Purnell, Patrick Walters, Helen Gregory, Iain Canning, Emile Sherman, Ella Jones and Manpreet Dosanjh. Sky Studios, See-Saw Films and fanboy produce.
