MGM+ has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming fourth season of its original drama series Godfather of Harlem.
The 10-episode fourth season will debut on Sunday, April 13 at 9/8c.
In the new season, Bumpy Johnson continues his bloody war for control of Harlem against New York's Mafia families, while contending with the arrival of gangster Frank Lucas. After Malcolm X's tragic assassination, Bumpy must also grapple with his daughter Elise's involvement with the Black Panthers.
The drama stars Forest Whitaker, Ilfenesh Hadera, Lucy Fry, Antoinette Crowe-Legacy, Erik LaRay Harvey, Michael Raymond James, Elvis Nolasco, Erik Palladino and Rome Flynn.
Chris Brancato and Paul Eckstein created the drama. They executive produce with Whitaker, Nina Yang Bongiovi, James Acheson, Markuann Smith, Ray Quinlan, Michael Panes and Stephen Schiff. 20th Television, Chris Brancato Inc. and Significant Productions produce.
