Prime Video Cancels 'The Sticky' After One Season

Prime Video has today decided to cancel its original comedy series The Sticky after one season. The first (and now only) season was released on December 6, 2024.

The comedy was inspired by the 2012 real-life heist of $18 million worth of maple syrup stolen from Quebec's national reserves.

The comedy starred Margo Martindale, Chris Diamantopoulos and Guillaume Cyr, with guest star Jamie Lee Curtis.

Brian Donovan and Ed Herro created the comedy. They executive produced with Curtis, Jonathan Levine, Gillian Bohrer, Jason Blum, Chris Dickie, Jeremy Gold, Chris McCumber, Michael Dowse, Lauren Grant, Josée Vallée and Bruno Dubé. Amazon MGM Studios, Blumhouse Television, Comet Pictures, Megamix and Sphere Media produced.
