HBO's INDUSTRY
- Kiernan Shipka, Jack Farthing, Toheeb Jimoh and Amy James-Kelly have joined the cast of the drama's upcoming fourth season. Shipka previously starred for seven seasons in AMC's Mad Men and two seasons in Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Farthing starred for five seasons in BBC One's Poldark and in the BBC One limited series Rain Dogs. Jimoh starred for three seasons in AppleTV+'s Ted Lasso, receiving an Emmy nomination for his role in 2022. James-Kelly starred for two seasons in Channel 4's Everyone Else Burns.
- Shipka will play Haley Clay, an executive assistant at payment processor Tender.
- Farthing will play Edward Smith, a troublemaker and long-time friend of Henry's (Kit Harington).
- Jimoh will play Kwabena Bannerman, a trader at Mostyn Asset Management.
- James-Kelly will play Jennifer Bevan, the newly promoted Minister in the Labour government.
APPLE TV+'s NEUROMANCER
- Peter Sarsgaard will co-star on the upcoming drama starring Callum Turner and Briana Middleton. He received an Emmy Award nomination in 2021 for his performance in Hulu's Dopesick. He recently starred in the first season of AppleTV+'s Presumed Innocent.
- He will play John Ashpool. No additional details were revealed about the character.
NETFLIX's VIRGIN RIVER
- Sara Canning and Cody Kearsley have booked recurring roles on the drama's upcoming seventh season. Canning previously starred for two seasons in The CW's The Vampire Diaries and recurred on Netflix's A Series of Unfortunate Events. Kearsley recurred on The CW's Riverdale and starred in Netflix's one-season comedy Daybreak.
- Canning will play Victoria, an ex-cop who was shot in the line of duty and now works for the state medical board as an investigator. She comes to Virgin River to investigate Doc's (Tim Matheson) practice but runs into a friend whom she wouldn't mind catching up with... or maybe more.
- Kearsley will play Clay, the kind of guy that gets noticed when he enters a room. He has experience working the rodeo circuit, so there's also a tough athletic quality to him. He grew up in the foster care system with his younger sister, whom he hasn't seen since he was a teenager. He's been looking for her ever since.
SHOWTIME's DEXTER: RESURRECTION
- David Dastmalchian will guest star on the upcoming Dexter sequel starring Michael C. Hall. He previously starred in the Ant-Man film franchise and in 2021's The Suicide Squad. He also recurred on CBS' MacGyver, FOX's Gotham and The CW's The Flash. He will next appear in the upcoming second season of Netflix's One Piece.
- He will play Gareth. No additional details were revealed about the character.
