Hulu has today announced the premiere date for the upcoming second season of its original drama series Nine Perfect Strangers.
The second season will launch on Wednesday, May 21 with its first two episodes. New episodes will then be released weekly every Wednesday.
Nine new strangers connected in ways they could never imagine are invited by mysterious guru Masha Dmitrichenko to join a transformational wellness retreat in the Austrian Alps. Over the course of a week, she takes them to the brink. Will they make it? Will she? Masha is willing to try anything in the interest of healing everyone involved, including herself.
The second season stars Nicole Kidman, Henry Golding, Lena Olin, Annie Murphy, Christine Baranski, Lucas Englander, King Princess, Murray Bartlett, Dolly de Leon, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Mark Strong and Aras Aydin.
David E. Kelley and John-Henry Butterworth developed the drama based on the novel by Liane Moriarty. All three executive produce with Kidman, Per Saari, Bruna Papandrea, Steve Hutensky, Molly Allen, Jonathan Levine, Rachel Shukert, Matthew Tinker and Anthony Byrne. Fifth Season, David E. Kelley Productions, Blossom Films and Made Up Stories produce.
